Traditional creole little pies stuffed with knife-cut veal meat and green olives.
Beetroot hummus with roasted aubergine/aubergine and zucchini, candied cherry tomatoes, mixed green leaves and citrus vinaigrette.
Cream of glazed onion, shallot and leek with country bread croutons and a drizzle of fresh parsley.
Pink salmon tartar served with beetroot and avocado with a lemon vinaigrette.*

Main Courses

Bife de chorizo (typical Argentinean cut of meat) on the grill served with smoked potatoes and green onion. Accompanied by traditional Argentine sauces: chimichurri and criolla sauce.
Chicken roll stuffed with roasted peppers, mozzarella and ham with cream of green onion and kabutia puree on the side.
Sweet and sour pork garnished with roasted sweet potato seasoned with herb oil.
